We know that buying your wedding dress online may seem scary, but don't worry, we're here for you! We are an authorized retailer for The Modest Bridal Collection by Barbie and Barbie Anne Bridal and we want to help you get that dress that you love, even from far away!

We ask that you follow our guide to buying online as we do NOT accept returns or exchanges. No refunds, no exceptions. (This is standard practice in the bridal world including with in person appointments. )

Buying Online:

1. Search our gallery for your perfect wedding dress. If your dress is sold out, don't worry! We receive new stock all the time or we can order a new one for you. Just contact us to get started. :)

2. Have someone take your measurements. We highly recommend going to a seamstress or trusted professional ensure accuracy. Our sizing chart is in inches. You are responsible to take correct measurements. 

Picking a Size: If you are between sizes, you will likely choose the size that will fit your largest measurement.* Example: If your bust measures as a size 10, your waist is a size 12 and your hips are a size 10, you should probably go with the size 12. *Size and fit may vary depending on fabric or silhouette.  If you are unsure which size to order, please send us your measurements using our Contact Form for assistance in picking a size. 


Bust: Take a measuring tape and measure around the largest part of your bust. 

Waist: With the measuring tape, measure around the smallest part of your waist. This is usually approximately an inch or two above your belly button.

Hips: Use your measuring tape to measure around the largest part of your hips and bum. 

3. Place your order by choosing the style, color and size of your choice. Confirm your order in our online shopping cart and process your order!

Frequently Asked Questions:

Delivery Times: In-stock gowns will ship from our store within 1-2 weeks*. If a gown is not in stock, a new order can take approximately 14-16 weeks to be delivered. If you need your dress faster than 14-16 weeks, please let us know. RUSH delivery is to receive your gown in 8-10 weeks and is usually $100 USD. If you need a gown sooner, please contact us to find out what stock is available. 

*If you need a size or color of a gown that is not in stock on our website, please let us know! We have access to additional gowns through our factory. 

Taxes and Duty: Local tax may apply to this item in your country, for which you will be requested to pay directly by the courier company upon arrival of your dress. 

Refunds: All purchases are at the discretion of the buyer and sales are final - no refunds. All credit card fees will be covered by the buyer in the case of incidental charges.

Returns or Exchanges: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on gowns. If a gown is special order then it is made for you. They are made to your requested size, not your measurements. 

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated at check-out. Orders may take up to 4-5 business days to process. You will be contacted once your order is shipped and will receive a tracking number. 

Custom changes: Some gowns do offer custom changes but they may be limited. Please contact us with any questions about any custom changes you would like to make to your dress.
